Euronet Hungary IT Private Company Limited by Shares was established in November 2000, to enter the telecommunication service provider market.
Its primary scope of activities covered telecommunication services, network construction and management.
Telecommunication projects created the CRM business line. With its own CRM, Contact Center solution, the company provides substantial support to meet business needs in the segment of small and medium enterprises (SME).
The company’s strategic goal is to develop and propagate CRM and corporate management solutions in the SME segment. To this end, its development team is strengthened continuously.
In the segment of large corporate entities and on the international market, the company is present with the Genesys Contact Center solution and the Asterisk PBX system and achieved awareness and recognition there.
IRD Kft., the developer of ChaRM ERP, a CRM solution, merged into Euronet Hungary Informatics Zrt. (with legal succession) from the end of 2008. Due to this merger, the weight of the software division increased within the company; the excellent, young and energetic IT professionals promising great potential for software development provide a solid basis for the implementation of the company’s software development strategy and lead to results like the maverix provisioning system and the Exten virtual telephone centre, among others.
