Junior/Medior IT System Administrator

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Euronet Hungary team in Szeged who would like to work in a close-knit, youthful team of system administrators and is keen to continuously develop their knowledge.

What do we expect from you?

• Confident Linux administration skills
• Operation and configuration of server services (nginx, apache, postgresql, mysql, postfix, samba, DNS)
• Use of scripting languages (Bash, Perl)
• Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, routing)
• Basic knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker)

It would be an advantage if you have:

• A higher education degree in IT
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• English language skills
• Knowledge of Ansible or other automation tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes

What tasks await you?

• Installation, configuration, and operation of server services
• Server maintenance and updates
• Providing professional support to colleagues in person and over the phone
• Teamwork on a variety of projects

Systems Engineer

Tasks

Installation, support, development, customization, and integration with other systems of our American market-leading and proprietary customer relationship support systems according to our customers’ needs.

Requirements

• Development skills: Knowledge of web technologies, networking, hardware knowledge, Windows and Linux operating systems (not just user-level knowledge), SIP technology knowledge
• English language skills (written, spoken, reading and comprehension)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and work independently
